How old are you allowed to get a tattoo: the age at which you will be welcome in the salon

Tattoos are an integral part of our culture and in recent years they are especially loved by young people. Today, drawings on the body can be seen in both adults and very young guys and girls, and in the most unexpected places. On such a decoration dream of many since their school years, but since when do tattoos - not everyone knows. Let's understand this issue in detail and find out all its subtleties.

How old can I get a tattoo?

Different experiences

In the imagination of teenagers, a tattoo is something beautiful that draws attention to itself. But in reality, things may not turn out so rosy
Alyona Baeva got a tattoo when she was 15 in the '90s. At that time there was no way to get to a good salon to a master, but the photos in magazines with exquisite drawings on the bodies of stars drove her crazy. So the schoolgirl turned to an ex-convict.

"To him and went with a friend. The first few times he flatly refused to do anything to us. He swore at us and sent us away... But in the end he finally agreed to give us small tattoos on our shoulder. The "picture" was chosen with a scolding. He refused to do roses, a bracelet, cats, and other things. We agreed on a violin key or a note," Baeva recalls.

As a result, Alena got a coveted tattoo that pleased her for about a month. And this short joy clouded the reaction of her parents - her mother threatened to take a medical scalpel and cut the "shame" out. Later parents, of course, reconciled, but warned their daughter that she would regret her decision. And so it happened.

"I realize now that it's hard to call it a tattoo. It's a full-fledged "partak," faded with time. If you look at it from the outside, you'd think I'd been in the penitentiary for at least five years. That's why I stopped wearing clothes with short sleeves in the summer, "- says Alena.

But there are other examples where parents approved of the child's wish, and the tattoo itself was thought-out and of high quality. Artem Vasilyev dreamed of a tattoo and planned to realize his plans at 18, but the dream came true at 15. His mother participated in a contest in one of Novosibirsk tattoo parlors and won the grand prize - a certificate for a body drawing.

"I was happier than when I was born," says Artem about the moment when he got a tattoo. He chose the drawing himself and quite consciously: "I wanted a Spartan helmet ... I like Ancient Rome, everything associated with it. I've watched history, read about it, played games on the subject, so I like it. Especially "300 Spartans.

The question "Do you want a tattoo?" was answered by children aged 11-16 years. Of the ten participants in the survey only three did not want a body drawing, the rest firmly and reasonably said "yes". The most typical answers of those willing to get a tattoo were: "Of course I want to.

A tattoo can express a lot - way of life, hobbies" and "I would not say no, to remember for a long time something that is important to you.

At what age can I get a tattoo?

Many people dream of getting a tattoo, especially in adolescence. Someone wants to stand out from the crowd or express their bright personality, someone - to emphasize their style or image and show belonging to a particular subculture. For many it is a way to express social protest, rebellion, which is peculiar to young people and especially teenagers.

Can I get a tattoo before I'm 18? There are heated debates surrounding this question. If not to go into details of the question, the majority of professional tattoo artists will answer firmly: no. But why, and with what age it is possible to go to a salon and stuff a tattoo?

Ideally, it is necessary to do a tattoo no earlier than 21 years. Exactly in this age the body stops an active phase of growth. It establishes a stable immunity, it becomes resistant to infections and allergens.

Before this age, the human body is still unstable. It continues to grow and form, with complex internal biological processes going on in it. The tattoo for such an organism will be the strongest shaking, as a result of which various complications may arise: from an allergy to the paint to deformation of the figure.

This is a physiological aspect. But there is also a psychological one. This point will certainly cause protest and indignation among young people. But it's still true: a person under 18 or even 21 is not yet internally ready to make such a decision. And hormones are to blame. A person at the age of 15 can already be smart, organized, responsible and erudite, but you can't fight hormonal processes, it's physiology.

A surge of hormonal activity in adolescence leads to excessive emotionality, short temper, and as a consequence, to rash decisions. So you want to get a tattoo, and it seems that if you don't do it, the world will collapse. It won't! But if you do, in a couple of years you'll have to regret it. So until the age of 21 years should not do it. Well, or at least until 18, because the ban will no longer be legal.

Libra (constellation)

Libra is a zodiacal constellation that lies between Scorpio and Virgo. It contains 83 stars visible to the naked eye. The constellation Libra is one of the most prominent constellations of the Zodiac, even though only five of its stars are brighter than the 4th magnitude. The Sun is in the constellation from October 31 to November 24. The most favorable visibility conditions are in April through May.

  • Zoubin el Genoubi (α Lib) - 2.75 m
  • Snake (head)
  • Serpentine
  • Scorpion
  • Wolf
  • Hydra
  • Virgo
  • Centaurus (angle)

The best time to observe is April, May.

Originally, the stars of the constellation were part of Scorpio. As an independent constellation in the ancient tradition formed quite late, around the II century BC. However, mentions of Libra are found even earlier, for example, and Aratus of Solium writes about the constellation in the poem "Apparitions and Predictions" (III century BC). However, even in the first century B.C. Virgil suggests creating a new constellation in this place, dedicated to Emperor Augustus, truncating the constellation Scorpio.

During the period when the constellation was formed as an independent constellation, the name "Claws" was used for it: the claws of the constellation Scorpio were meant. During this period, the corresponding group of stars was treated sometimes as an asterism, sometimes as a constellation. In particular, in Ptolemy's Almagest the constellation is described as a separate constellation "Claws". At the same time for the corresponding sign of the zodiac the name "Libra" was applied, probably having a Minor Asian origin. This name becomes commonly used for the constellation around the first century BC. Libra is the only constellation in the zodiac that represents an inanimate object. Researchers believe that this is due to the late formation of the constellation.

According to some authors, in the beginning the constellation represented an altar; then it was depicted as an altar, a lamp, but usually as a scale, clasped in the pincers of Scorpio or with the pincers of Scorpio lying on the scales; later the pincers "let go of the prey" and shortened. To this day, the stars α and β of Libra are called the Southern and Northern Claws.

Ancient mythologists considered the constellation an ascended attribute of Themis, Demeter or Nemesis.

The brightest stars in the constellation form a rectangle:

* α Libra, Zuben el Genubi ("Southern claw") - visual-double with component brilliance of 5.15m, 2.75m

* β Libra, Zuben el Shemali, ("Northern claw");

* γ of Libra, Zuben el Akrab ("Claw of the Scorpion");

* δ Libra, an eclipsed variable star, changes in brightness from 4.8 to 6.0 magnitude with a period of 2.3 days;

* σ Libra, a semiregular variable star.

α and β of the Scales represent the "corollary" of the scales, and γ and σ are the "bowls".

* Gliese 581, a red dwarf with four planets, one of them - (Gliese 581 d - (Gliese 581d)) is in the habitable zone of this star and belongs to the Super-Earth class. Due to the fact that the planet is inside the habitability zone, water in a liquid state can exist on it, and thus life in that form as understood by Earth scientists. This has made the planet an object for close study. An AMFE radio message was sent to the star Gliese 581 on October 9, 2008, and an HFE radio message on August 28, 2009.

Libra (lat. libra) is the seventh sign of the zodiac, corresponding to the sector of the ecliptic from 180° to 210°, counting from the point of the vernal equinox. The patron planet of Libra is Venus.

In western astrology it is believed that the Sun is in Libra around September 24 to October 23, in the Vedic - from October 16 to November 15. You should not confuse the sign of Libra with the constellation Libra, in which the Sun is from October 31 to November 22.

The Libra symbol (may not display in some browsers) is in Unicode under the decimal number 9806 or the hexadecimal number 264E and can be entered in HTML code as ♎ or ♎.

Tattooing without parental permission

As we've noticed, it's very common for teenagers to ask, "where can I get a tattoo in *sityname*?" After a while, parents wonder, "Where did my miracle child get this crap?" It's time for us, too - what do tattoo artists face, other than getting screwed over by the parents of a child in distress?

We prepared some questions for the group of lawyers from St. Petersburg, from the company "Law is Law". Here are the answers to our questions provided by Dmitry Ozymok, head of the company and attorney-at-law of the Law-Eat Law Law Firm.

For convenience and less repetitive information, we combined the first three questions into one.

Yes, virtually all people can get themselves a tattoo, but with certain conditions.

In this case, going to a tattoo parlor implies a citizen's disposal of money.

According to Art. 26 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, a minor between the ages of 14 and 18 may independently, without the consent of his parents, adoptive parents, or guardians, dispose of his earnings, scholarship, and other income, and perform minor household transactions. With regard to other transactions, a minor aged 14 to 18 must obtain the consent of legal representatives (parents, guardians, or adoptive parents).

That is, a minor can make only small household transactions. The legislator does not give a precise definition of a minor household transaction, but it is assumed that only those transactions that do not exceed the monthly income of the teenager and satisfy only such everyday household needs as buying food, textbooks, clothes, etc. can be referred to it.

According to Art. 28 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation minor children at the age of 6 to 14 years old have the right to make minor household transactions on their own to dispose of funds, provided by a legal representative or with his consent by a third party for certain purposes or for free disposition. All other transactions on their behalf are made by their legal representatives, i.e. the contract with the tattoo salon will be concluded by the parents, not the child.

Thus, minors can get themselves a tattoo, but only with the consent of their parents or other legal representatives. Such consent can be notarized, then the personal presence of parents is not obligatory.

What can stop tattoo artists from performing a tattoo on a child?

A tattoo artist can stop a child from getting a tattoo without an identity document (passport), a document proving kinship (birth certificate) or the authority of the legal representative, as well as circumstances that cast doubt on the voluntariness of the minor's decision.

What is the responsibility of the master who is going to do a tattoo for a child, and is he/she responsible?

Firstly, tattoo master bears civil and legal responsibility for low-quality made service of tattooing, as well as criminal-legal responsibility for causing harm to client's life and health, and this refers not only to minors, but to all citizens who make tattoo from master.

The responsibility of the master is determined by the contract you negotiate. In the contract usually stipulates that the client makes tattoo in clear mind and solid memory, has no aesthetic claims to the tattooist on the work done, as evaluated the portfolio and guessed at what level and in what style will be done his tattoo. Master in his turn should tell the client about medical products and consumables used during the application. After the work is completed the master is obliged to tell the client about the rules of tattoo care, and the client in his turn is obliged to follow these rules.

Secondly, with regard to liability for tattooing minors, here it will be proved in court by filing a lawsuit on behalf of the minor's legal representatives for various purposes (invalidation of the transaction and return of funds, tattoo removal at the expense of the tattoo parlor or tattoo master, etc., at the discretion of applicants and based on the court decision).

Ethics

As in any professional community, there is its own corporate ethics among tattoo artists. And it manifests itself, to a large extent, is in the attitude towards minor clients.

There are masters working at home - in unacceptable sanitary conditions and, in fact, illegally. They do not always have the proper qualifications and quality tools, and cannot guarantee that the printed design will not lose its appearance in a couple of years. In addition, they often turn a blind eye to the lack of permission from parents and risk finding themselves as a defendant in court if something went wrong.

Legally working masters and salons perfectly realize all peculiarities of tattooing on the growing body and realize what problems the underage client can meet, from allergies and other health problems to the loss of the image's appearance.

For the good master it is important that the result of his work was impressive in a year, and in two, and in five. That is why he must be able to convey to the client all the disadvantages of too early padding and talk about the pros of a balanced, conscious and responsible attitude to body decoration

New Colored tattoos: meaning of colorful pictures for girls and guys

Is it possible to get a tattoo at 14, 15 or 16 years with parental consent?

There is an opinion that even at the age of 14 you can get a tattoo if your parents or guardians give their consent. And this is where the question is very controversial. Is it possible for an underage boy or girl to get a tattoo if the parents don't mind?

At what age can I get a tattoo?

Legally it is not forbidden, if the parents bring the permission with their own signature and bring their child to the salon. Then the responsibility falls on the parents' shoulders, and the tattoo artist has the right to do their job.

However everything is not so simple. We have considered in detail above the disadvantages and risks of going to a bad, unprofessional master. A good and professional master is unlikely to agree to do the work even with parental permission, because he knows how old you can safely and without risk get a tattoo, and what the result may be if the client is underage.

How old can I get a tattoo?

The thing is that almost every good master seeks not just to make money: it is important for him what the result will be. He wants his work to adorn the body and be a real source of pride. He never does a job once to forget: for the master it is important how the tattoo will look in a year and five years. And if you put such picture on a child's growing body the image will change in a year. It might not get accustomed at all and it will be extremely difficult to correct.

Most likely the client will turn to the same master with a claim, and will have to suffer for a long time in attempts to bring the tattoo in the proper form. And given the young body, there could be allergic reactions, or the body won't accept the paint and it won't lay well. And considering the low pain threshold of teenagers, it will really hurt them, and it's not certain that the client will endure the procedure! In a word - it is better not to undertake.

Can I get a tattoo till 18 years old?

If a young man or girl of 15 years you will see a tattoo, do not be in a hurry to envy. The fact is that in Russia it is legally forbidden to do tattoos before the age of 18. What does this mean? That he (or she) made a tattoo illegally, and therefore - at a bad master. And most likely, in a year or two this drawing will look simply disgusting.

The tattoo salons and the masters working legally render services to the population that is they conclude the agreement with their clients about rendering cosmetic services. Concluding a contract with a minor is impossible from a legal point of view.

Tattoos can only be done in sanitary conditions of the office, using special disposable instruments, antiseptics, disinfection.

Young people under the age of 18 cannot buy their own plane tickets or get a job, go to college or cross the state border. For the same reason they cannot get a tattoo either. Because it is a serious decision for which an adult must take full responsibility.

Moreover, the parents of a child who came home with a "drawing" have the right to sue the master for such an action. This is as illegal as selling alcohol or tobacco products to minors.

Well, if you get a tattoo from a "disrespectful" master, i.e. illegally, then it's a different story. Unfortunately, such "masters" who have bought themselves a machine and are beating "beauty" right at home, can be met quite often. And the results of their work can sometimes be found on young bodies. These are unsanitary and working conditions that are totally unacceptable.

In addition, such a "master" is hardly good at his job. Most likely, instead of the desired "tattoo" will do incomprehensible, and in a year or two the picture will spread under the skin, lose color and change shape. This is a huge risk, and no joy, because instead of a beautiful drawing the client will receive a total disappointment.

From 18 and up

For this reason, tattoo parlors in Russia work with clients who have reached 18 years of age. Those who are younger will need the permission of parents or guardians. There are two options:

  1. Come to the tattoo artist accompanied by an adult, where they will personally give consent.
  2. Provide their written consent with a signature.

There is no law that clearly stipulates the order, but among the respectable and self-respecting tattoo masters there is an unspoken rule: only from the age of majority or with parental consent.

Whether and when it is possible to do shugaring for children: tips for moms

During puberty, girls get fuzz above the upper lip, hair growth begins in the armpits, the intimate area. This is a normal stage of development, and it's good if it does not bring discomfort.

But in some children:

  • The hair on the arms and legs is dark, long, thick;
  • eyebrows grow together on the bridge of the nose (the so-called "monobrow");
  • The moustache above the upper lip is pronounced.

If such a problem overtook the girl, she begins to be ashamed of his body, and his peers do not miss the opportunity to play a joke on her.

Shugaring helps to save the fragile psyche of a teenager, not to give root complexes, from which then it is so difficult to get rid of.

Here's what moms need to know about early growth on children's bodies and baby shugaring:

Early, pronounced body hair can be a sign of endocrine disruption Then waxing you "remove" only the consequences of the problem, and the cause remains and can worsen. Consult an endocrinologist and get a hormone test if necessary. Hormones in foods (e.g. chicken meat) may be the cause of intensive hair growth. Conducting home hair removal child is not recommended This often ends in irritation. Young skin is thin, delicate, sensitive

It is important to choose the right paste, technique performing the procedure. Therefore it is better to immediately sign up for a good specialist. It is recommended that the procedure is carried out no more than once every 2 months for children / teenagers hair grows not as fast as in adults, so part with shugaring no need.

What the length of the hair must be for shugaring: how to grow hair before Sugar depilation

Can pregnant women do shugaring (depilation with sugar) during pregnancy in early and late terms: pros and cons

Reasons why children should not be laser hair removal

Let's start with the fact that your wishes may not coincide with the wishes of the child. If a girl will be waxed, then it's a matter of compromise, but if you want to remove excess hair of a boy, then there may be a conflict in the future, as many guys (and their future girlfriends) may like the vegetation on the body.

In fact, you'll be throwing your money away.

The main reason why you should not do laser hair removal for children is the "sleeping" hair follicles, which cannot be killed before a hair at least 3 mm long appears from them. Therefore, any methods of hair removal will only be short-lived.

You should not forget that most clinics will refuse to do laser hair removal of the child, because it does not correspond to the rules.

Important! Children have small amount of hair melanin, which colors hair and helps laser to find it, and it means that strong laser will be used for removal, causing pain and skin burns. Thus, this method of hair removal has its age limitations, for the reason that the physiology of the body will not let you at an early age to get rid of unwanted vegetation

Thus, this method of hair removal has its age limitations due to the fact that the physiology of the body will not give you at an early age completely get rid of unwanted vegetation.

This disposition is illogical to the extreme.

Now in order to get a tattoo or piercing, we are talking about even the simplest of its varieties, according to the new decree, Both parents have to be present at the procedure.. In addition to being present, they must sign approved consent forms to have their child tattooed or pierced. Failure to comply with this law will be punishable by a very hefty fine.

"The presence of two parents... Do you realize that fulfilling this condition can be quite difficult? What if the child has only one parent left for various reasons? Then what is to be done? This order is extremely illogical! And the point here is not even that we might lose a share of the profits. After reaching the age of 16, a great many teenagers celebrate by getting their nose pierced or their earlobe pierced. I'm twenty years in the profession and never once faced with the fact that someone from the parents would sue for this", - comments on the situation the owner of the tattoo studio Black Sword Alliance.

With how many years it is possible to do a tattoo?

In general, certain restrictions on body painting are in all civilized countries.

  • Until the age of 18 the human body is constantly changing. You can not argue with this, this is a peculiarity of physiology. Guys gain muscle mass, girls acquire feminine forms. The greatest changes are in the limbs, they lengthen. This can lead to the fact that a tattoo done at age 16 by the age of 20 completely changes its original appearance. The body is transformed and along with it the pattern is deformed, which looks on the stretched skin vaguely, loses clearness of contours, looks ridiculous stain. For small tattoos this is characteristic to a lesser extent, but for large patterns - to a maximum extent. In general, we recommend to wait for the age of 18-19, or better even 20 years, for the body to be fully formed. After this you can do tattoos without fear of further deformation.

The psychological aspect. In the law there is a concept of adulthood for a reason. It is believed that at this age, a person is fully accountable for their actions, thinks about them, and weighs all the positive and negative aspects of the decision. It is no secret that many young people are very impulsive, their desires are fleeting and momentary. This is also expressed in the desire for a tattoo: when you saw a beautiful picture of your idol, you immediately wanted the same one, without thinking about how it will affect the rest of your life. Tattoo is a very serious step, which must be performed consciously. Because we prefer to work with adults, who will not come back in 2-3 months with the intention to overlap or completely remove the annoying pattern.

New Tattoo peony - options tattoo, sketches and meaning for girls and men, where to apply, creative photo ideas

The physiological aspect. Yes, we have already considered the moment with the growth of the body, but there is another feature - sensitivity to external stimuli. Constant hormonal changes in this age is normal, you can not predict how the body will perceive external stress. This is especially true for girls. Pigment may well provoke a serious allergy, the body may begin to reject it. At what age is the risk of such a development minimal? The answer is the same - from 18.

So, we hope that we've convinced you that getting a tattoo at the age of 16, 17 or even 14 is not the best idea

We understand your desire to stand out against the background of peers, to achieve similarity with your idol, to emphasize your individuality and uniqueness. That's fine.

But it's better to do it in a different way. And when you will be 18 - we will be glad to see you among our clients!

When can the baby eat nuts?

You should not give whole nuts to children under the age of five. They may choke and suffocate. Nevertheless, nut paste and ground nuts can be given to a child over one year of age, provided no one in the family suffers from allergies. Serious allergies to nuts and nut products, as well as some seeds, occur in less than one percent of the population. Your child may be at greater risk if you, the child's father, or siblings have allergies such as hay fever (pollinosis), asthma, and/or atopic dermatitis (eczema).

At what age can I give fish?

Until the age of six months children should not be given any fish, shellfish and crustaceans, because there is a slight risk of allergic reactions. After six months fish should be given as complementary food in baby food jars, for age recommendations see the packages. Self-cooking fish for a baby should be subject to the strictest safety measures in cleaning from bones and processing when cooking.

When can a baby eat honey?

Honey is sugar, and giving your baby sugar can develop a taste for sweets and/or provoke tooth decay. It is not recommended to give honey to a baby under one year of age because honey can sometimes contain bacteria that release dangerous toxins. Once in the baby's intestines, these bacteria can cause infant botulism. When a child is over a year old, their intestines are developed enough to inhibit the reproduction and growth of these bacteria.

Honey can also cause allergies. Begin to give honey should be very small amounts, carefully monitoring the result.

At what age can a child eat citrus fruits?

Citrus fruits such as oranges, grapefruit, lemons, and limes are high in vitamin C. Even so, you should not give fruit juices or citrus fruits to a baby who is less than six months old. If you buy ready-made baby food, check to see if it contains lemon juice. It is often added to purees, such as apple or banana purees. If you give your baby fruit juice, do it only at mealtimes and make sure it is well diluted (one part juice to 10 parts water).

Offer your baby juice from a cup or drinker (never from a bottle). When your baby drinks juice from a drinker, he or she is at less risk of developing tooth decay because he or she drinks the juice faster. Long-term exposure to the sugars and acids naturally present in juice increases the risk of developing tooth decay.

Allergies and HIV

Tattoos should not be given to children, pregnant women, or sick people. It is believed that the most common medical consequences of tattoos are allergic reactions.

"With an electric device, paint is injected under the skin that contains mercury, chromium, manganese, cobalt, iron hydroxide, cadmium, organic substances, and other chemical elements," says dermatologist Irina Zueva. - Reaction to them may be unpredictable. And the allergy may not occur immediately, but after some time. Therefore, it is advised to refer to the masters who have medical education.

In addition, because of the non-sterile application there is a possibility of various infections up to hepatitis, HIV, tuberculosis and tetanus.

"In most modern studios, all norms of sterility are observed: tools are processed or used disposable," says master Vyacheslav Yeltsin. - The greatest risk of getting any infection arises from improper care for the tattoo. Therefore, it's worth strictly following the instructions given by the master. The main thing is not to let it dry out and wash it more often".

How do I get my parents to allow tattoos?

  1. Try to ask your parents unobtrusively how they feel about tattoos.
If they are vehemently opposed to tattoos, the chance of getting permission is minimal, but don't give up anyway. Perhaps your parents didn't go into research on the subject and only saw bad examples. If you can get them to the right information, the chance of consent increases.
  1. Don't make a scandal or give ultimatums.
A tattoo is an adult and a responsible thing to do, and
Adults do NOT act like that.
. Also, it is not recommended to reproach parents that their views are outdated and they do not understand anything in today's world. Do NOT do that, or you won't be able to read any further! Remember, the key here is negotiation, agreement and compromise.

Explain your motives and motivations to your parents

Tell them why this is important to you. What meaning you put into your first tattoo

Think about what you really want to get a tattoo for. You may think the tattoo is incredibly important to you now, but so have other people who have regretted their teenage decision in the future.

  1. Ask your parents to go with you to the tattoo parlor,
talk to the artists, consult with them. Perhaps when they will be convinced that the procedure will take place in a clean room under the control of professionals, their anxiety will not only dispel, but there will be a desire to do tattoo itself. Such cases have been known to occur.

"At the same time, keep in mind an inconspicuous place on your body and a tattoo of small size. Getting parental consent for a second tattoo will already be much easier to do!"

  1. Try to earn your own money for a tattoo - find yourself a part-time job
During the vacations to earn your own money for your first tattoo. This will be an extra reason to be proud and a good motivation to start earning on your own. You can find part-time work in summer cafes, courier services, and coffee shops. You will have not only experience, but also pocket money that can be set aside for tattoos.

Why is there an age restriction?

Almost every teenager is an impulsive personality, which in no small measure is characterized by adolescent maximalism. Having decided to tattoo an inscription, a name or an image on their body, teenagers do not even realize that a few years later their outlook will completely change. Therefore, a tattoo that seemed significant in adolescence can bring a grown-up person a host of negative associations and emotional feelings, and even create social barriers (problems in education, employment, etc.).

In addition, a child's decision to get a tattoo most often causes resentment from parents, which they pour out on the tattoo master. Therefore, it is easier for any tattooist to refuse an underage client than to get involved in a family showdown. At best, parents who want to punish the tattoo parlor will turn to law enforcement for help, at worst they will decide to take legal action against the master who made the tattoo for their child.

Understandably, many parents and teens don't understand each other at all. Often adults simply can not believe that their child made a tattoo of his own free will. In this case, not only the impulsive teenager who made a rash decision suffers, but also everyone around, from the tattoo artist and salon owner to the child's friends or teachers.
